It is heart breaking that the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne treats so many cancer sufferers each year. Young cancer patients and their families often endure a great deal of pain and emotional trauma. In certain cases the treatment can result in permanent hair loss which can of course be devastating for those young patients undergoing therapy.
Advanced Hair Studio in partnership with the Social Work department of the Royal Children's Hospital is proud to offer these children hair free of charge. We call it the Advanced Hair For Kids Program. Hopefully, we can help provide young cancer survivors with confidence and self-belief as they prepare to rejoin their daily lives. |
